Many of you told me, that you don't eat breakfast, because you don't have time in the morning. I mentioned a few times now the importance of breakfast and what effect it has on our body. That's why I have a great idea for a quick, healthy and very tasty breakfast, which you can prepare the night before - breakfast smoothie

Put in the blender

  • 60g oats
  • 60g banana
  • 100g berries either frozen or fresh
  • 200ml milk

blend it, put it into a cup, cover with cling film, put in the fridge and you have great breakfast ready for the morning
