Chia seeds are one of the most nutritious foods that you can have. They are a great natural source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and fibre. So here is a great and easy treat that you can make, that is even better because of how healthy it is!

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Honey

Method

  • Mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and honey together in a jar or bowl
  • Place the mixture in the fridge overnight
  • Remove the next day and serve with toppings of your choice (I love it with tvaroh and blueberries)
