If you get a craving for chips then here is a much healthier version for you. It is a great healthy snack for when you are having people over or if you just fancy something in the evening and you can enjoy it with guacamole dip. It is really quick and easy to make and tastes amazing. Sweet potatoes also have loads of health benefits.

You need:

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch sea salt

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius and prepare a baking tray
  • Cut the sweet potato into wedges and place the wedges in a bowl
  • Add the olive oil and mix well, then add salt and make sure all wedges are evenly covered
  • Place on the baking tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Turn the wedges over after about 15 minutes
