Just because I workout on regular basis my HIIT and heavy weights trainings, I am hungry all the time so I always look for something quick and tasty. I love simple recipes and this is a great cookie recipe where you need only two ingredients and a few minutes.

You need:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats (1 cup = 250ml)

Method:

  • mash up bananas
  • mix it with oats
  • form into cookies
  • put into preheated owen 180'C/350'F for 15 minutes and you can enjoy 

You can also add nuts or cinnamon, dark chocolate, dried coconut...ingredients to your liking
