It’s that time of year when everyone is catching colds and the flu  so here is something to help give your immune system a boost - Ginger! Personally I love to chop some up and have it with hot water as tea, you can even add some lemon as well for even more benefit  as well as a natural cure for colds here are some other things ginger is great for (plus it can add great taste to your cooking) …

• it is great for treating Indigestion
• it can help relieve inflammation
• strengthens your immune system
• it can relieve motion sickness
