Oatmeal Pancakes

Today's breakfast - oatmeal pancakes (full of fibre) with vegetables 

You need

  •  1/4 cup (250ml) old fashioned Quaker Oats
  • 1/4 cup milk (if you're trying to lose weight, use skimmed milk) 
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

How to make it

  1.  mix oats with milk, let stand 5 minutes
  2.  add egg and oil, then mix
  3. add flour and baking powder and mix until blended
  4. Top with toppings of choice! I fancied vegetables with homemade humus and homemade chilli salsa if you fancy sweet toppings, add natural yogurt, cinnamon and fruit
