Green coffee has gradually come into vogue, and now it can be found on the shelves more often. Though why do people like green coffee? 

First, it is a completely different taste. Technology initial processing of green coffee does not include the process of roasting. Green coffee tastes more like herbal tea than black coffee.

Secondly, coffee has many useful properties that are not inherent to black coffee. This is a natural product and is used for various purposes. Green coffee has a positive effect on the overall condition of the human body and helps to lose weight fast. Green coffee is used in cooking, nutrition and cosmetology.

Why should we dring green coffee?

Drink green coffee came after studies that have shown that coffee after heat treatment loses many useful properties. The study showed that green coffee contains less caffeine and chlorogenic acid. This makes coffee available for hypertensive patients and helps those who are struggling with overweight.

What is chlorogenic acid?

There have been many health benefits attributed to a regular consumption of chlorogenic acid on daily basis. One of the benefits that resulted in a test by Harvard University that consisted of more than 80,000 women, they found that the women who consumed a regular intake of green ceffee daily had less risk of gallstones. While drinking just one cup of green coffee did not have any affect, consuming two cupd of green coffee daily cut the risk of gallbladder surgery by 9 percent; three cups of green coffee cut the risk by 22 percent; and drinking four cups or more of green coffee each day brought the risk down by 28 percent.

Another benefit of chlorogenic acid has to do with the liver. Regular consumption of green coffee cut down on several diseases of the liver including liver cancer and cirrhosis of the liver.

It has been found that green coffee extract, with its high levels of chlorogenic acid, has been found to inhibit glucose-6-phosphate which increases the amount of glucose that forms in your liver. In the long run, it could help lower risk of diabetes.

This acid has also been found to aid in weight loss. It was found that chlorogenic acid helps to slow down the body’s absorption of fat from your regular food intake. It also increases your metabolism, which also helps in the weight loss process. 

How to chose your green coffee?

All the reasons above are the reasons whey we decided to bring our own green coffee to the market. To get all the health benefits from it, the quality of the coffee beans is very important. I always say, if you are doing something, do it right. That is why you should always read the label to find out where the coffee come from and the way it was processed.

Our coffee beans are being picked by hands and have a bright red colour and then the best ones are being chosen, which are then being dried in the sun so they are easily taken out of the shell. The natural colour for coffee beans is green. And at the end they go through cleaning process by wet method.
