Store bought mayonnaise is full of preservatives and chemicals that is why homemade mayonnaise can be a lot healthier.

You need (for about 250ml mayonaise):

  • 2 yolks
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup (250ml) oliv oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt

Method:

  • whisk the eggs until smooth 
  • slowly add lemon juice, mustard and salt (to your taste) and mix well 
  • then slowly add olive oil and mix well

Nutričné hodnoty na 100g:

  • 430 kcal
  • 1g carbs
  • 49g fat
  • 1g protein
