Spinach wraps

Healthy, tasty and full of vitamins

Ingredients (for 6 wraps):

  • 250g baby spinach
  • 150g wholegrain flour (by your choice)
  • 150ml water
  • 150ml milk
  • 3 egs
  • 1 tsp himalayan salt
  • 2 tsp hemp oil

Spread

  • 2 cottage cheese (400g)
  • 60g grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100g soft goat cheese
  • smoked salmon
  • lemon juice

Method:

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Heat up non stick pan and use a little bit of oil with a brush or paper towel, pour a little bit of spinach mix onto a pan and cook it until it starts separating itself from the pan, then turn over and cook until done (the same method as with pancakes).
  • For the spread mix cottage cheese, parmesan, goat cheese and crushed garlic and season it with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a bit of cheese spread on a wrap, put a bit of smoked salmon on top and squeeze a little bit of lemon over the salmon, wrap it up and you can enjoy.
